What is the return policy?
Risk-free return policy. Buy it and try it. If for some reason you don’t like it, simply return them to us within 30 days of purchase in the same conditions to get a full refund or credit. Terms and conditions may apply.
What is the warranty?
We carry a wide variety of products in several categories. In each of the category we offer the industry leading manufacturer warranties for our products. That’s how much we believe in our products and the years of research and development that have gone into making them. We only give our customers the best. Do you provide installation services?
We do! In fact, we’re one of the only solar companies in the nation with an extensive roofing background. We started in business as installers and learned a thing or two about what makes for high-quality solar solutions. How to return a defective product?
If you do have any issues with a product, reach out to our customer service team firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll walk you through some troubleshooting steps and help you with a return and issue you a RMA number if that ends up being the best solution for you.
